Privacy Policy

Last updated 16 September 2026

This policy explains what Frankiebird Inc. (“Frankiebird”, “we”, “us”) does with information when you visit frankiebird.com, send us an enquiry, or otherwise deal with us. Frankiebird is a business-to-business production and experiential marketing company. This site is a portfolio and a way to get in touch — there is no shop, no account to create, and no payment taken here.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill in the contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, company, phone number if you add one, and whatever you write in the message.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the page that referred you, the pages you viewed and roughly how long you stayed. This comes from server logs and from the analytics tools described below.

What we do not collect here

We do not collect payment card numbers, bank details, government identification numbers, or sensitive categories of personal information through this site. Please do not send them to us through the contact form.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files placed on your device. We use two kinds:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — set by our hosting platform to serve the site, keep it secure and stop automated form abuse. The site will not work properly without them.
  • Analytics cookies — to understand which pages are viewed and how people move through the site, so we can improve it. This is measurement, not profiling.

We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies on this site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off without breaking the site. We honour Global Privacy Control signals where the law requires it.

3. How we use information

  • To answer your enquiry and discuss a possible project.
  • To provide, maintain, secure and improve the site.
  • To keep records of our business dealings and communications.
  • To detect and prevent spam, fraud and misuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Our legal bases

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent, for non-essential cookies; our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving our business and this site and in responding to enquiries; the performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one; and compliance with legal obligations.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We disclose it only to:

  • Service providers acting on our behalf under contract — website hosting, form delivery, email and analytics.
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants and insurers, where genuinely needed.
  • Authorities or other parties where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
  • A buyer or successor, if Frankiebird is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice where required.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries and related correspondence are kept for as long as we are in contact, plus a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick a conversation back up and meet record-keeping obligations. Technical logs are kept for a short period. When information is no longer needed we delete it or de-identify it.

7. Security

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the size of our business, including encryption in transit and limiting access to the people who need it. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International transfers

Frankiebird is based in the United States and our providers store information there. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection law may differ from your own. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as standard contractual clauses.

9. Your privacy rights

California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, you may request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes and the categories of recipients; request deletion; request correction; and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Frankiebird does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, and has not done so in the preceding twelve months. We do not collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. You may use an authorised agent, and we may ask you to verify your identity before we act on a request.

UK, EU and EEA residents

You may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or portability; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

Everyone else

Wherever you are, you are welcome to ask what we hold about you and to ask us to correct or delete it. We will do our best to help, subject to any legal obligation to retain records.

To make a request, get in touch through our contact page and tell us what you would like us to do. We aim to respond within the time frame the applicable law allows.

10. Children

This site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Links to other sites

Our work and social links point to sites we do not control, including client sites and social platforms. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and any material change will be made clear on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

13. Contact us

Questions about this policy, or about how we handle information, can be sent through our contact page. Frankiebird Inc. is the controller of the personal information described here.
